MY EXPERIENCE

I have over 15 years experience as a DJ, honed in the clubs of Sydney at venues like Candy’s Apartment, Moulin Rouge, The Bourbon & Beefsteak, Bunker, Plan B and the Civic Underground. In 2008 I won the We Love Sounds “New Directions” DJ comp and played the opening set in the Hordern Pavilion, warming up for Chris Lake and Armin Van Buuren. My DJ life started in days of vinyl, and continued through CDs, mp3s and laptops and I happily play across all formats.

Today I rock weddings, corporate events and private functions to stay connected to my passion for music and love of the dancefloor. With all the restrictions we are dealing with, you will also find me streaming online.

The music I love

As a DJ that started my career in the clubs I have a love of house music from across the decades, from the sounds of disco that set the foundations to the latest EDM club hits. As a child of the 80s I have a particular love of 80s pop, but also love to spin 90s RnB and 70s disco. There is nothing more exciting that blending sounds from across the decades in new ways to make people smile.

Bring on the wax

I am also an avid collector of vinyl (birthed from my early DJ career where the only way to get a gig was to have the best collection of records in your box!). I continue to dig through any crates I find to unearth forgotten gems and dancefloor classics (check out my Instagram if you want to see some of the collection).

I love where i live

I moved to Orange in 2018 with my young family and absolutely love life in this amazing town. We are blessed with incredible landscapes, beautiful food, world class wine and a supportive close-knit community. It’s great to be able to play a small part to make Orange a first-class destination for weddings and events.
